MOVPC is a nonpartisan statewide network of advocates dedicated to promoting free, fair, and accessible elections. Their mission is to foster a pro-democracy movement and expand ballot access by dismantling discriminatory barriers and fostering strong partnerships with underrepresented communities. To achieve these goals, they anchor our efforts in statewide nonpartisan policy advocacy, strategic litigation, voter education, and election protection.

Before our meeting, I invested time in thoroughly reviewing MOVPC's website design across various screen sizes. Taking detailed notes, I aimed to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I conducted a comprehensive competitive analysis to gather industry best practices and draw inspiration for the website's redesign. Utilizing the insights obtained, I sketched out design ideas with a mobile-first approach, carefully tailored to meet MOVPC's specific needs and objectives.

During our meeting, I presented my observations on the current design and showcased the sketches to effectively communicate my ideas to the stakeholders. The MOVPC representative offered valuable feedback, and together, we collaborated to refine and finalize design choices that would best serve their mission and purpose. This collaborative approach ensured that the website's new design was customized to their unique requirements.

To facilitate the development process further, I annotated the low-fi wireframes, providing clear instructions and guidance for the MOVPC team to follow in the subsequent steps. This seamless collaboration allowed for effective communication of the design vision and ensured a cohesive implementation.
